Team unity and culture thrive for Franklin & Marshall Women’s Lacrosse thanks to Mindset Minute’s collaboration

Franklin & Marshall College launched a transformative Mindset Lab for the women’s lacrosse team in collaboration with Mindset Minute Foundation. Dailyhuman facilitated the program as the service provider, delivering tools that emphasized competitive excellence, sportsmanship, and personal development. Through weekly reflections, athletes developed resilience, teamwork, and dedication while fostering stronger connections across class levels. The lab bridged gaps between upper-level and first-year players, enhancing communication, trust, and unity. This initiative strengthened the team’s culture and translated into greater collaboration and success both on and off the field.
