Bring Mental Performance Training to 100,000 Young Athletes in 2025
More than half of American kids play sports, making it one of the best ways to reach young people at scale. But as parents, while we focus on setting our kids up for success—ensuring they eat healthy, get enough sleep, and stay active—how often do we think about their mindset? Many young athletes face growing mental health challenges, amplified by pressures from social media and other stressors.
Our Mission
At the Mindset Minute Foundation Foundation, we believe in equipping athletes with proactive tools and training to overcome mental barriers and prevent issues before they start. With practice, mental skills like focus, confidence, and resilience can be developed—just like any muscle. By prioritizing mindset, we can truly prepare our kids to thrive both on and off the field.
Expanding Our Reach in 2025
In 2024, we trained over 1,000 athletes. With your support, we aim to reach 100,000 youth and college athletes in 2025, providing transformative training to those who need it most, regardless of their financial situation.
World-Class Training for Youth Athletes
We’re delivering the same mindset training used by NFL, WNBA, and MLB athletes. Through partnerships with Success Beyond Game Day, XPE Sports, Sean Casey’s Breakthrough Pro, the WNBA’s Connecticut Sun, Dailyhuman, and college teams, we have built, tested, and delivered tools that help athletes reframe self-talk, build resilience, and sharpen focus.
How Athletes and Coaches Benefit
Mental performance training helps athletes handle challenges, recover from setbacks, and stay optimistic. It reduces mental health risks and builds confidence. Coaches also gain stronger team culture, better communication, and tools to support their players more effectively.
Backed by Research
2025 is all about research. We’re partnering with PeopleScience, Onrise Care, and the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine to evaluate our programs. This year-long study, led by the Andrew Weil Center and the University of Arizona, will include Institutional Review Board approval to rigorously validate the impact of digital mindset labs for mental performance and ensure lasting results.
You can support a youth team of your choice or contribute to our mission of training 100,000 athletes in 2025.

Coach testimonials
Dailyhuman has been a game changer as a coach. Our student-athletes go through much of their careers struggling to reflect, see the positive and understand their emotions. Dailyhuman digs deeper, allowing them to not only understand themselves better, but also build their confidence. Our team struggled last year with being optimistic and understanding we can overcome any adversity that comes our way. Using dailyhuman for 5 months, I saw a complete shift in this, a quiet confidence and deep belief in the team as a whole. It’s worth every penny! Thank you Dailyhuman!
— Rachel Howard-Franklin, Head Coach for Ursinus Women’s Lacrosse
Dailyhuman human helped our team stay connected off the field. We have students studying abroad during the fall who were able to stay connected to current teammates and get to know our new athletes. Everyone was able to grow, learn, and reflect together.
— Corryne Sulpizio, Assistant Coach for Women's Lacrosse, Franklin and Marshall College
I loved using Dailyhuman with my team. What I loved about Dailyhuman was that the players were still able to interact with each other in a positive way, even when we couldn’t see each other face to face. We started our season in August and went on to have a historical year- finishing with the best program record in over 40 years and making it to the conference championship for the first time since 1982. Having a successful season doesn’t just come with individual skill. Many teams have individual skill but no teamwork, no culture, no unity. Our field hockey team was able to build on those things through the weekly mind labs and came into the season as a TEAM, resulting in success for all.
— Kate Stopford, Head Field Hockey Coach, Immaculata University
Partnering with Dailyhuman has been a game-changer for our team! The weekly mindfulness practice has enhanced our players’ growth mindset through reflecting, learning, and connecting with their teammates. This partnership and practice have brought our team closer and strengthened our collective resilience in moments of adversity. We are so grateful to the team at Dailyhuman for helping us elevate our game!!
— Katherine Yarusso, Assistant Women's Lacrosse Coach, Widener University
Athletes testimonials
I think positive self talk has really helped me. Being able to tell myself that I can do anything and have the confidence to go out there and do it truly has changed me. This is such a simple thing to say, but once you buy into, it really helps you a lot.
— Anthony, athlete
It has been awesome to see the feedback throughout this whole breakthrough process. It has been incredible to reflect on each weeks progress. It has made me realize how important these questions and answers really are. So grateful to have this “Journey Map” to help me direct myself and my journey through breakthrough pro.
— Drew, athlete
Parent testimonial
We want to take this time to say thank you for the impact you had in the life of our son. The Breakthrough Pro Mindset Lab (BPML) reinforced weekly the principles of Gratitude, Accountability, Perspective, the Stories we tell ourselves, Grit, Action, Protocol and Service. Pairing him with like minded individuals his own age was so impactful. This naturally led him to a tribe which helped him grow and mature during this 8 week BPML. As a parent to hear your 13 year old son implement things such as a gratitude practice, or to challenge limiting narratives from society or other sources, or to look for ways to serve his community is priceless. Thank you Dailyhuman for making my household and this world a better place by sharing your gifts with it.
— John and Heather, parents
