Teamwork and leadership transform Immaculata Women’s Field Hockey through Mindset Minute’s initiatives

Immaculata University’s women’s field hockey team worked with Mindset Minute Foundation to bring a transformative Mindset Lab to life. Dailyhuman provided the tools and expertise to deliver reflective exercises and skill-building sessions, reinforcing the team’s focus on growth, collaboration, and self-reflection.
